Weight lifting workout routines by body part?
Hi Everyone,
I have heard mixed messaging around whether you should isolate one body part (i.e. chest, back, shoulders) during weight lifting exercises or should you combine a couple of body parts (i.e. Chest and triceps or back and biceps)?
Curious to get feedback on this item as I look to do more weight lifting training. I am wondering what has worked for you and if you have any additional insights.
